Slightly painful dark spot under what seems like healed skin? Not sure what it could be (Photo)

Its been about a month since my BR and everything seemed to be healing fine. But recently I noticed this strange dark spot that's painful to touch. It actually feels open and hollow underneath and is much darker than the scarring next to it. Im not sure what it could be and im not due to see my PS till next week. Any help would be appreciated.
