Dehiscence, what could cure or heal this faster and healthier? (Photos)

You are fortunate that the Victorian Order of Nurses is changing your dressings every few days.  The separations will likely heal and contract very well to produce a nice thin scar.  If there is a great deal of wound separation, this may still heal well, but a revision may be needed in the future.  Antibiotics are not needed unless there are signs of infection.  Because breast tissue is significantly disrupted during the reduction, it may take six months to a year before all swelling subsides.

Dear pakita19,this type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered.
