Uneven eyelids because of Ptosis - Can it be fixed? (photos)

Hi all, I'm 21 and I've noticed that my uneven eyelids/brows are becoming more noticeable. Is this because of ptosis in the eyelid or is it because my brow bones are uneven? Also, is the eye with the higher brow (right) the one that's abnormal? Not sure if a blepharoplasty, ptosis surgery, or corrective filler would be the right way to go to correct the lid and even the brows. Thanks in advance!

You have nailed the diagnosis. You have eyelid ptosis which can be cured by surgery. There are a couple different options, one of which is scarless surgery. Consult with an experienced Oculofacial plastic surgeon (Oculoplastics). Virtual consultations are available. See link below.

Eye asymmetry is complex and can be due to various reasons. You need more detailed evaluation to determine cause or causes and thereby appropriate treatment.

You may have right upper eyelid ptosis and or more fat loss. Improvement is definitely possible but need more detailed evaluation to determine.
