Although it appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis, I believe it is too mild for surgery (although need more detailed evaluation to determine). An alternative option may be right upper blepharoplasty for improved eye symmetry.

It its unlikely that more time will make more difference. The right upper eyelid is still heavy. Your have minimal double folds. Was that your goal? Often people want a little more platform exposure. Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. From one of your photos it appears you do have ptosis of one eyelid. This should be confirmed by a board certified oculoplastic surgeon. Several treatments exist for this problem. Good luck!
