Do I have ptosis? How should I correct my right eye so it's brighter and more open? Is double eyelid stitching enough to correct my multiple eyelids?

It does appear you have mild right upper eyelid ptosis. You may benefit from right ptosis surgery. Other treatments may include upper blepharoplasty and upper eyelid filler injection. See an oculoplastics expert.
