Can PRP cause heart failure ?

I wanna do prp for my penis but im scared as the penis contains External arteries like dorsal artery and veins. Now im scared if any injection filled with plasma, non intended gets injected into either my main dorsal artery or any other vein, that would block the entire thing up. Like the blood flow would just stop. Wouldn't it ? So what could be the dire consequences of it ? Plz reply. Im the only son to my parents and im scared cuz of this concern. Not kiddin.
