Can PRP injected into a clitoral hood scar, increase sensation?

I had a labiaplasty 8 months ago and my clitoris and clitoral hood only on my right side, are still desensitized. Orgasms are extremely hard. The surgeon was not supposed to operate on my prepuce but evidently he did, as there was an obvious stitch line extended well up onto my hood on the right side, and a current scar that proves this. Naturally I am worried about dorsal nerve damage that will never be able to be fixed. Dorsal nerve damage in men can be repaired but not women? Wow.
