I'm reading very conflicting things about PRP/PRF treatments and whether they cause inflammation or reduce it. I had PRF injections to my face almost 2 weeks ago and am about to have microneedling with PRF, but am now worried it might be too soon as there might still be some inflammation. I'm also not sure whether the collagen is broken down by any of these treatments, so if it's better to wait until a full month has passed in order for the collagen to rebuild.

You are correct. The density of the gel that is injected with PRF has the potential to cause a vascular occlusion or blindness. Several documented cases appear in the literature. For this reason, I believe it's safer to inject plain PRP. Find a PRP expert.
