There's no pain (just a feeling that the muscle on that side, on the left in the photo) is tighter than on the right and not being as flexible on that side. I pulled a muscle on that side, but there is no bruising (it sort of feels like the muscle in my armpit is always slightly tense). My breasts were very symmetrical prior to surgery. I have silicone UHP under the muscle implants. I have an appointment with my doc to get it looked at next week , should I see someone sooner?

They look like tape (traction) blisters. Sometimes it is direct reaction to the tspe itself, other times it is because the tape holds the skin, the breast swells and the top layers of skin shear from the forces of the swelling and cause a blister. Leave them intact and discuss with your surgeon.
