Why does my nose look like this? Is it possible maxilla & mandible will go back way it was?

It’s impossible for me to say whether Botox had anything to do with your concerns even if I saw photos of you before. You do have something called a hanging columella which is simple to correct

If you had botox in the masseter muscles, it is nearly completely impossible that this resulted in a change to your nose. The rotation of your nose with the "tilt" is a type of nasal appearance and not abnormal per se. If you don't like that, it can be adjusted. You have a short nose overall and on examination we can suggest several ways to get you what you want.

You have a slight dorsal hump, and a significant hanging columella. A closed rhinoplasty approach can address these two issues with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. Digital computer imaging of your nose would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure.
