Is it safe to do BBL Skintyte after Morpheus8?

I've had four Morpheus8 treatments on my face since Dec. 2021 and I am very happy with the results. Would it be safe to add BBL Skintyte treatment as well and if so, how far apart should they be spaced out? I plan on doing two Morpheus8 sessions per year as a maintenance moving forward.
