Why dont dr tell us we will lose jawbone each time we get botox in masseters?

Im 46 i have boneloss in my teeth already i decided to get botox in masseters i have tmj/d n masseter hypertrophy i did it twice within 3 years. 5 months later after second time my jaw went back maxilla looks forward changin appearane of my eyes n nose,my chin is tiny now but my masseters keep growing tho. I look funny has aged me. I researched n i lost jawbone n my manible shifted. There lot more to it ik, too much to explain here. But why are we not told about boneloss. This is important
