How can I improve my side profile? (photo)

I have never done any procedures on my face yet. I do want to improve my nose with a rhinoplasty however I believe that there’s an issue around my cheeks and lips when it comes to my side profile. What can I do to improve it?

There is no doubt that well performed rhinoplasty will make significant impact on your profile and overall facial balance. Whether any other procedure  (cheek augmentation) may further improve facial harmony can be evaluated only on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in rhinoplasty. Before jumping to invasive rhinoplastic surgery that entails expense and downtime, you might wish to consider the use of a filler to straighten the bridge of the nose and to raise a bit the nasal tip. The results  are immediate. And, there appears to be some chin recession, which can be remedied quite easily with the use of a robust filler, such as Voluma XC, to augment chin projection. All of the foregoing should not take more than about twenty minutes in the hands of an experienced injector. The effects can go a long way to harmonizing the projections of the three vital structures responsible for the profile: nose, lips and chin. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos. Best of luck.

From the one limited photograph, there appears to be an overly projecting nose and an under projecting chin. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, reducing a projection of the nose, refining the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, no painful packing is required either.Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially from the side profile with respect to your nose.

Yes you need some upper cheek filler as well as a bit midface. You also need your chin enhanced a bit as well.
