Hello I am 28 and have been noticing as I age my right side of my face is lowering, muscle weakness around my eyes and cheeks. I get a lot of eye muscle discomfort when blinking mainly. When I am fatigued it takes extra effort from my eye muscle to open my right eye and there is a lot of discomfort in the muscle that connects from side of my eyes (close to the nose nose) and cheek to my ear. I also notice my smile is very asymmetrical. I’m not sure what is causing all of this.
