I had buccal fat removal 3 years ago and this has caused quite a lot of sagging ski on my face, especially jaw area. I'm considering botox in the masseter muscles to slim down lower face shape/ size, but afraid it would cause even more sagging on the skin in that area.. so wondering if there are any other procedures that could be done at the same time to prevent this and tighten or lift my skin in the jaw area. Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
