An upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) can be used to create a upper lid crease on the right side, and improve the symmetry between your left and right upper lid.  If you are not ready to pursue surgery, temporary measures such as eyelid tape or glue can be used to create a crease daily.

It is relatively easy to make a crease and impossible to eliminate a crease.  So for you, the most practical solution is to make a double fold for the right upper eye.

Hello Ms. Limtypically the most reliable way to address asymmetric eyelids in an Asian patient is incision method double eyelid surgery.  Often times he can operate only on a single eye to obtain that symmetry.  I will attach some information you may find helpful about Asian eyelid surgery or double eyelid surgery.
