Is there any surgery to make eyes further apart?

I do not have close-set eyes, however, I find wide-set eyes and a large distance between the eyes to be attractive. Or maybe the issue is that I have too much "face" outside of my eyes, making them appear closer.

You will be best off communicating with your plastic surgeon's office directly; the advice you receive online may not be exactly what your plastic surgeon will recommend.  In other words, best to follow your plastic surgeon's preoperative/postoperative instructions specifically. Best wishes...
