I usually don’t advise travelling within 24-48 hours of having dermal filler as the pressurised cabin can increase bruising and swelling. You also will not have access to your treating practitioner should you have any issues with the treatment. Heat will not have an effect on the dermal fillers but I would avoid direct sun for 24-48h after the procedure to promote healing and reduce the risk of complications including cold sores.
