Is it safe to do microneedling or PRP if I have port wine stain on my face?

I have done plenty of laser treatment to remove my port wine stain. However, the laser has caused hyperpigmentation and I'm just wondering if I can do PRP, since I heard they are good for hyperpigmentation and making skin texture more even. Knowing portwine stain is vascular, I'm not quite sure if it's safe to microneedling and/or PRP. Thank you.

yes microneedling and PRP can be done with port wine stain.

There is no reason why microneedling and PRP should cause harm to your port wine stain, however, there may be more efficient and effective methods to remove it such as the right type of laser in experienced hands.
