Fractora vs. PRP vs. Clear and Brilliant - which one do I use for enlarged pores?

I am 31 years old and have enlarged pores due to oily skin, loss in elasticity, and maybe sun damage. I am debating between PRP, Fractora (which is microneedling with radiofrequency), or Clear and Brilliant. I want to minimize my pores as much as possible, however, I am worried about hyperpigmentation from lasers because I am east Indian and have an olive skin tone. Which option is best for me, if any? please help.
