What to use to remove scars after bunions surgery?

6 weeks after surgery I started to use Bio oil for the scars. It has been 3 months now and still looks bad. Am I using the right one? Any recommendation?

There is no cure for scars but it can be improved with fractional laser combined with VBeam/pulsed dye laser.  I suggest a silicone based product such as ScarMD or Biocorneum topically and a vitamin A cream.  You should see a cosmetic dermatologist with experience to evaluate and treat the scar.
