I have accessory breast tissue I need to have removed. Lymph node risk?

 I was curious is there any risk to the lymph nodes when removing this tissue/fat ? I am 10 lbs over weight. The tissue is about the size of an A cup breast it bulges out about 3 inches past my axillary fold aka my armpit.
