Hoping to achieve symmetrical nostrils while straightening my nose. Is this easily achievable? (photos)

The nostrils can definitely be made MORE symmetric, but perfect symmetry is something nobody has in reality. By straightening the nose and the septum inside, these procedures alone will greatly benefit nostril symmetry on frontal view. Other maneuvers are also able to be performed to help with this as well and can still give you a very natural appearing result.
