I follow a sctrict low carb, low sugar diet & do atleast 5hrs of cardio & weights a week. It doesn't matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the typical pcos belly if you will. Would liposuction help? Just looking for an answer that would finally allow me to be comfortable in my skin.
