Hello! Congratulations! Now, this depends on what type of PCA peel you are receiving. While pregnant you are not able to use certain ingredients and acids, I would be on the safe side and ask whoever is performing the peel and see what type they are giving you, and always check with your doctors...
Hello! No that would not cause enlarged pores. Enlarged pores are normal as it is part of the skin, you can minimize pores but they will never disappear. Chemical peels will actually help with enlarged pores!
