You may be allergic to the products you are using, including aquaphor. Cetaphil is an excellent cleanser after laser. Call your doctor as they can evaluate your skin and offer you an alternate moisturizer. You may also have an infection if it is red and burning.
If your face burns then the products are not gentle enough for your face. Cetaphil or Cerave are over the counter gentle cleansers and moisturizers for your face. Each office's protocol are different so follow up with your laser provider.
