Hello! I would wait 2-3 days before you exercise after a chemical peel. When you exercise it brings blood circulation to the skin which can cause irritation or inflammation in the skin. If you do any type of exercise, make it light and I wouldn't recommend sweating too much either.

Thanks for your question. It is typically recommended to wait 72 hours before any rigorous exercise  that would cause you  to sweat. You want to keep your body cool especially the first 24 hours. Best wishes.

If your peeling is complete, you are fine to resume exercise.  I would recommend indoor exercise, still wearing sun protection.
