1 Months Post Op Rhinoplasty, There's a Little Bit of Blood When I Clean Nose with Saline and Q-Tips, Normal?

It's been almost 5 weeks after rhinoplasty. I've been cleaning my nose saline and q-tips but most of the time there seems to be a little bit of wet blood on the q-tip after cleaning. Is this normal?

It would be a bad idea to put pressure on the nose after rhinoplasty if you have to be prone (face down) during the liposuction.  In our practice we would have both a plastic surgeon and a facial plastic surgeon work on you at the same operative session - the liposuction first, then...

10 days post surgery is still very early for you to judge the results of your surgery - be patient and follow up with your surgeon.  It is possible that you may like your nose more or less with time but unfortunately you have to be patient
