Can steroids alone actually help reverse Sculptra overfill?

Or can steroids and 5FU together help sculptra overfill? I’m not talking about nodules (although I do have one small module that can be felt but not seen), but overfill. Have any doctors successfully brought down sculptra overfill? If so, how did you do it? Sculptra was injected unevenly and it ruined my petite cute face. I’m 24. 3 months post sculptra. Please help :(

If you're unhappy with your Sculptra results, 5/FU steroids in combination with Venus Legacy treatments can help give improvement. I would recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert to correct the overfill. Best, Dr. Emer

Steroid shots will it reduce the amount of inflammation and unfortunately kill the fat cells in the face making the area look smaller but something that should not be done by the hands of an inexperienced MD. I hope your Sculptra injections were performed by plastic surgeon or dermatologist. If that's the case they should be able to provide you with proper treatment. Good luck from New York City
