I have gone back and forth for many many years as to what I should do about feeling like a mutant- someone who feels as thought they have a deformed face. I know that is a bit harsh on myself, but really I feel so disconnected from myself and am wishing "my jawline didn't fully connect with my neck." It was suggested to get a chin implant but I thought to myself it is not my chin that is the issue it's that I don't have a jawline.

From the limited photos you have provided, I can only assume that you are a good candidate for custom cheek implants. It would uplift your mid-face and give you more "presence" and a less tired look. The jaw, lips, and nose look proportionate in this picture.
