Is it time for a lift after I stretched my face to simulate a facelift and now I have pain? (Photos)

Literally started having the skin descend 30 male. Hi. Like the title says I grasped my right and left temple skin and pulled it upwards. After letting go I had pain on both temples, especially bad on the left, coupled with pain at the left cheekbone near malar pad). Also when I let go, the tissue on each side was lower than it ever was. Now I have intermittent pain at the temples and a pulling sensation near my left cheek when face moves. Also, the descending tissue gets worse each time I feel the pain. It keeps getting worse so time for lift?
