I was diagnosed earlier this year with Lichen Planoparis and am looking into getting PRF + Acell treatment. I’ve seen one Dr. mention adding acell doesn’t work, and another saying it’s unnecessary and may cause more swelling and trauma to the scalp. Although my hair thins, I still have a head full of hair, but my crown has a noticeable wide part. Will I still benefit from PRF alone?
