Lipo contour irregularities: revision options? Sculptra?

I had lipo on my thighs last May and lower leg in July. Before photos included. I was left with some contour irregularities. I am most interested in improving my hip curve but also improving the dents on my thighs. I have had virtual consults with several surgeons but want to feel confident in my decision forward. Included is one's recommendation on flank lipo and revision. Would scar revision be necessary for effective fat grafting to the thighs? Would sculptra be a good temp option? Thank you

Great series of posted photos showing irregularities of liposuction. Unless you gain some weight, so donor fat is available, especially in the flanks and waste and back I would for temporary use of a combination of Sculptra & Radiesse. At least 20 syringes vials and combination in a specific mixing formulation or indicated expect fee to be approximately $8000. Best to virtual consult with.

I perfectly understand the issues on hand, however, from the photographs alone, it is difficult to tell if you have good amount of the right type of fat for fat grafting to take place and have an effective and permanent result.
