I'm 2 weeks post-op, will these drop and fluff some too even second time around? (Photos)

Question

My first BA in February I got 225 Natrelle 410 moderate on my left and a 225 high profile on my right . I was unhappy with the size and 6 months later I upsized. Natrelle 410 MX 290 ccs left and ultra high profile 315ccs on my right. It’s 2 weeks post op and they still look small. Particularly my right side. Will these drop and fluff some too even second time around? If so how much bigger will I get? I am 5’5” and 112 lbs with a small bwd and 29” under bust. I am considering upsizing again

As you know, it is still early after your second surgery and I would expect that the her implants will continue to drop and fluff. The skin and tissues of the lower part of your breast will stretch with more time. This allows the implants volume to get lower create a more round and full appearance at the bottom of your breasts. I would give yourself another six months to judge your final results.

Dear danceitout,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

but why so much indecision about your size?  I would want to know how you sized for your procedures as most techniques should not leave you wanting for a lot more.  In addition, upsizing by less than 100 cc's won't create spectacular differences from where you started from. And why did you go with asymmetric implants (volume wise) this time around when both original implants were 225cc?  Regardless, its unfortunate that you've had a revision and you still feel you are too small.  It is hoped that you will give this time to settle and heal and to adjust to the obvious benefits it provides you before jumping back in to have more surgery at more costs and risks... unless it was something required for your livelihood.
