Why does my Mentor, high profile, 300cc, Memory Gel, round textured, result seem so big? (Photos)

It is way to early to judge your results. At 5 days postop, you still have swelling and what you see is not your final size or shape. Also, simulations and looking at other patients' results do not translate into how a given profile or volume will look on you. That's like expecting everyone who puts on a size 2 dress to look the same in it. How that dress looks depends on your figure and body type, not just your height and weight. In the same way, the way a 350 cc implant (or 300 cc implant) will look on you depends on your own body and breast characteristics, in addition to the implant characteristics. The same implant can look completely different in different patients. "Photo simulations" where you photoshopped implants off of someone else's photo will not provide any use in predicting your results. 3D photo simulations done by software specially designed for this and found in some plastic surgeons offices would provide a more useful simulation, but again, simulations are just that- simulations, and not real life- so you cannot expect the results to mirror the simulation. Simulations are more of a tool for guidance and discussion, than for exact specifications or results.
