Why does my Mentor, high profile, 300cc, Memory Gel, round textured, result seem so big? (Photos)

I was 34 (small) B. I am 5'0 and 119 lbs, measured my rib cage it was 77 cms or 30.3 inch. i've done some photo result searching, also photo simulation using someone who had 350cc HP, why is the result far from what i expected? Incision seems far down the nipple makes the curves, looks and projection strange. Photo is 5 days post op, compared to photo simulation using 350cc high profile is so far! what has gone wrong? is it really 300cc HP? it looks too much bigger! will it look better or should i do revision?
