How to address recessed chin, excess fat in neck and jawline, and weird chin muscles when smiling? (Photos)

xyz.xyz
I hate my recessed chin and lack of a jawline, but it looks even worse when I smile. Would a chin implant fix both the recessed chin and the weird way the muscles move downwards? All of this is expensive so I’m prioritizing the chin over the neck/jaw fat, although I was thinking about just getting the fat dealt with before I go in for a surgery to change my facial structure.
