I'm concerned that my chin implant looks too masculine and that the tip of my nose is much too high (Photo)

I had my surgery about 5 or 6 days ago. I had a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and chin augmentation. My nostrils are over-exposed. Tomorrow is my post-op visit, and I am very nervous. I took several weeks off of work and don't go back until mid June. I think I may want the chin implant taken out before then. Will my chin look smaller over time? Will the tip of my nose drop?
