Hi,Yes the implants will get much softer with time. They are always firm and tight post op and tend to sit high on the chest. Your final result will take about 4-6 months at least. Over that time you will be amazed at how much the skin will stretch and relax. I regularly see patients who have implants that are very firm to start and I'm always amazed at how much they loosen up over time.I hope this helps,Dr. White
Hi - Were these polyurethane coated implants? You cannot judge them at this early stage. They will always be much better as time passes.I use many of the polyurethane coated implants - and I think they take over a year to become soft and at their best. Normal silicone implants can settle much quicker.
