Can i make carboxytherapy for eye and face after having botox and fillers? can i have also vitamin injected mesotherapy after botox and fillers in face? even if i have voluma in cheeckbones? or will spoil the fillers?

I have not found the need or reason to restrict movements or postures after injecting botox. It should not be the case for a typical procedure. However, you should ask the doctor who injected you in case they have a reason to do so.

It would be helpful to view a few photos of your  situation. It is probably best to consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation. Botox, brow lifting and doing nothing are all possibilities depending on the evaluation findings.
