There may be many competent injectors in both states.Unfortunately the majority of injectors are non-physician assistants. Most do not understand the mechanism of action and have poor understanding of the anatomical variations.Your best bet is to find a surgeon who operates on the face routinely and has intimate knowledge of anatomy and its variations, and takes the time to carefully evaluate you and personally inject you. After the first injection session, the results will be evident within 5 days. If there are any trouble spots, a good injector will touch them up and adjust future treatments accordingly.Find a physician who loves what he is doing and takes the time to get it right.I am sure there are plenty in NY and NJ.
