I have Lyme disease,as a result I have a facial palsy that hasn't resolved despite treatment. What can I do with Botox/fillers?

I used to be a model,it's left me very unhappy about the way my face looks. The right side looks like it's effectively slipped off my face, my smile is uneven, my mouth droops and my eye is bigger on the right.I recently had a small amount of Botox under the opposite eye and this has helped even my smile out. I've had lip fillers in past to upturn my mouth again (due to be redone) but my cheek and larger eye are still going to be a big issue. What can I do with Botox and fillers to correct it? :(
