Hi farahqaisi,At 3 days post op, you are at your maximum swelling for Rhinoplasty so blocked nose is quite normal. For dried blood, please see your doctor for cleaning.

I agree that your nose is a little crooked but not bad.  Also your tip is bulbous and your nostrils flare.  These can all be addressed with standard rhinoplasty techniques.  It will however require breaking the bones and the nose may still be a little asymmetrical afterwards .

It's definitely possible to fix issues such as a 'hanging columellar' after a rhinoplasty without having to go through something as significant as a full rhinoplasty. From the photos, it looks like your columella could be improved by trimming the lower edge of the septum to lift the columella....
