Very obvious nasolabial folds and marionette lines at 29. Options? (photos)

This concern can be effectively addressed using injectable dermal fillers. The filler restores support to the dermal structure to smooth away lines and creases from the inside out. First, note that almost all people have some degree of asymmetry on their face, and even body. Yours is mild. A hyaluronic acid-based filler would be a great starting point. I'd try first directly into the NL and Marionette lines, and if need be can add concurrently or subsequently into the inner and/or outer cheeks to get some lift as well. Most importantly, find an expert physician injector such as a dermatologist to ensure optimal results and safety.

Everyone tends to have at least some mild degree of asymmetry to the face thus the reason one fold may appear deeper than another. The first and easiest option would be subdermalinjection of hyaluronic acid filler to these areas. Another more long lasting option would be to graft some of your own collagen to these areas to act as a natural filler. This is usually harvested from a small incision behind the ear.

From your photos it appears you would be a great candidate for fillers. This treatment can soften the depths of the lines that concern you. Hello, this is normal as you age. Different factors may be causing it to be worse on one side such as your sleeping position or sun exposure. I would treat this by getting some microneedling with radio frequency for skin tightening. We use vivace. You may also want to consider getting some filler. Good luck!
