Please tell me what I can do to stop the severe itching of my scalp and forehead? I feel my body is telling me that the endotine fixation post are causing the severe itching and should they be removed? I am so miserable and spend about 4 to 5 hours a day scratching my head. My scalp is so sore all the time from scratching. I have tried different shampoos, Benadryl and ice and nothing seems to work. Please help!

It is not uncommon
to have some itching of the scalp after a minimally invasive browlift. This
usually resolves within a few months. One can use Benadryl or can consider
other therapies including Neurontin if it persists for more than 6-8 weeks.

The itching is actually caused by the inflammation of the nerve that runs from the brow up to the top of the head.  Many people experience some numbness initially, often followed by itching.  As the healing continues and the inflammation resolves the itching usually stops too.  The endotines might cause some additional sensitivity at their location, but not all the itching.  If benadryl has not helped, ask your surgeon about using Neurontin which may help.

Severe itching after an endoscopic browlift is not very common, but can be due to traction injury to the nerves. Let your surgeon know what is going on so he can give you some advice and rule out any other cause.

You do not mention how long ago your surgery was, but the scalp can take 3-6 months or even longer to heal.  The nerves are commonly bruised during such surgery and can give you different symptoms, such as itching, while they are healing.  I doubt the Endotines are to blame, but they will take about 9 months to melt away.  The itching is deep so the topical treatments will not likely help.  I have found that in the worst situations (sounds like yours is), some medicines such "tricyclic antidressants" or even some anti-seizure meds for some reason are helpful with the itching, but these require monitoring by a physician.  Ask your doctor about this option.  Hang in there as the symptoms should gradually go away.
