Question

I have visited multiple plastic surgeons and they have told me that I will never have my nipples again, the doctor who operated on me wanted to perform a revision, please help!

Hello Giolore,
Your problem appears to be very correctable. I believe you will want your areola to look like the one on the other breast, so that will dictate some of how the right one is corrected. I believe you would do best with a simple scar revision to make the areola round and the correct size. Medical tattooing can work wonders on scars like these and camouflage them with the pigment of the areola.

A couple things can help. You can revise the incision to make it round and then tattoo the remaining to make it the size you want. I hope this helps!

with revisions and I'm wondering why you were told it was impossible.  But you are clear about what the concerns are... as you have obvious poor scarring around the areola and no apparent issues with the nipple itself, yet you mention the nipple being 'lost'.  See your surgeon or other surgeons for a consultation and options on what you can do.  If your areola is too small, tattooing can help but this will require revisions as time goes on.
