I have had this issue for about a year now. I avoid tight clothing and use primarily cotton underwear. Have been on oral antibiotics, cleansed daily with anti bacterial soap, exfoliated, used witch hazel & tea tree oil, used Aveeno salycylic acid pads, as well as things like Tend Skin with benzoyl peroxide. Currently getting laser hair removal as well. Any idea how I can make this go away? The bumps are oftentimes infected & get worse the further down this area you go
