Marcus-Gunn Jaw Winking Ptosis Fix? (Photo)

Born with Marcus-Gunn Jaw Winking Ptosis in right eye. Had a R upper eyelid lift in 2010 but with remaining jaw-wink and continued eyelid ptosis. Looking for best cosmetic options for eyelid symmetry or jaw wink elimination/fix. Have looked at medical research suggesting frontalis sling repair for unilateral ptosis achieves best results. Interested in any hearing from any plastic surgeon with experience in patients presenting with this issue or similar eyelid ptosis.

Thank-you for your query. Ptosis refers to the droopiness of the eyelid from impaired function of the levator muscle, that lifts the upper eyelid. It is not clear from these pictures if you have ptosis, but the slight droopiness in the corner of the eye is not ptosis by itself. Please discuss...
