I recently consulted with a derm and was recommended to get Thulium Laser alongside PRP injections. What exactly is thulium- is it similar to fraxel lasers? Is this less aggressive than CO2 lasers? He mentioned that it could reduce brown spots, which I'm interested in. However, I don't want to take any risks with fat loss!
