Long story short, I was burned by a laser 6 months ago. I went to a cosmetic dermatologist and had microneedling with prp to help it heal. (3 months into the injury) I believe the prp helped but now I have scratches and marks I’ve never had before. I know they are from that procedure. My problem is professionals denying that this can happen, of course I was told nothing can happen & it did. Will a micro laser fix surface scars? Or is there a risk of worsening texture?

Hi there. Lasers would be a good option. There are many different types that help to smooth the skin and improve coloration. This doesn't mean they'll be completely gone - but, rather improved. I would seek consultation at a MedSpa to see what option may be best for you.
