My son fell and got a laceration on his forehead about 16 months ago. He got stitches at the ER. The scar has improved over the months but I’m starting to worry that it may not get much better without further treatment. Right now we use silicone creams and and I try to put sunscreen daily to protect it from sun. He is now 7 years. Is laser treatment an option? Do we need scar revision surgery?
