But augmentation can be needed, First we need to see the mouth photo so that we can make the right consultation

Implant treatment remains in the mouth for life and is replaced within the terms of warranty. There is no life-threatening effect of this treatment.

We can restore your tooth with esthetic composite filling. It will be like natural your teeth. Even though you have braces it is possible.

It can cure, but it will be a very long treatment. first we remove the implant and wait for a few days to heal and augmentation is done and this place is expected to heal for about 6 months in the meantime we will make you a temporary Maryland crown. After 6 months, the implant is applied and while the implant is placed, bone grafting or soft tissue grafting may be required. and after 3 months your coating is put on. Again I should say, it will be a very long term treatment.

I recommend to extract 30 tooth. After that, applying bone augmentation and implant. But I need to see Tomography of your teeth before start the treatment.

Actually, it is very difficult to see the open margin of the crown , but at least we can see a possibility if there is a part that has caries in that area and is not in harmony with the crown. You can share your x-ray with us, we will evaluate it.
